Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the limited-edition, individually allocated nature of L’Art de Royauté Founders’ Edition fragrances, and the numbered Certificate of Authenticity issued with each piece, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind cancellations, except where required by applicable law.

RETURNS FOR STANDARD COLLECTIONS

L’Art de Royauté recognizes that certain creations are acquired for everyday enjoyment, while others are individually commissioned as collectible objects.

Our return provisions reflect these distinctions.

Fine Silk & Leather Accessories

Eligible silk and leather accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

Items must be accompanied by their original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

Products showing signs of wear, alteration, damage after delivery, or use are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Personalized or individually commissioned creations are considered final sale unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Les Compagnons de Voyage & Standard Fragrances

Unopened fragrance products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain unused, with their original seals intact and all accompanying packaging preserved.

For reasons of hygiene, product integrity, and safety, opened or used fragrance products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

This restriction does not affect remedies available for defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled products.

Return Authorization

To request a return, please contact the Maison Concierge at concierge@lartderoyaute.com within the applicable return period.

Please provide your order number, the item concerned, and the reason for your request.

If eligible, the Maison will provide return authorization and the appropriate shipping instructions.

Returns must not be dispatched without authorization.

Fragrance products may be subject to dangerous-goods transportation requirements and must only be returned using shipping arrangements approved by the Maison.

Return Shipping

For approved change-of-mind returns, the client is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Where a return results from an error by the Maison, a defective product, or damage occurring before delivery, appropriate return arrangements will be coordinated by the Maison.

Refund Processing

Approved returns will be inspected upon receipt.

Once the return has been accepted, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Additional time may be required for the financial institution to process the credit.

Any original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable law.

Exchanges

Exchanges of eligible standard merchandise may be accommodated subject to product availability and the conditions of this policy.

Due to the limited nature of certain Maison collections, an identical replacement may not always be available.

Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact the Maison Concierge at concierge@lartderoyaute.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• your order number;
• photographs of the item;
• photographs of the presentation packaging and shipping carton; and
• a description of the issue.

Please retain all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

L’Art de Royauté will assess each matter individually. Where appropriate, we may offer repair, replacement, exchange, refund, or another suitable remedy, subject to product availability and applicable law.

Because Founders’ Edition pieces are individually numbered and produced in limited quantities, an identical numbered replacement may not always be available.

Order Cancellations

Founders’ Edition pieces are allocated and reserved upon acceptance of an order.

Once an order has been accepted and allocation or preparation has begun, it may not be cancelled or modified, except where required by applicable law.

L’Art de Royauté reserves the right to cancel and refund an order if we are unable to fulfill it, if payment authorization cannot be completed, or if we reasonably believe an order involves fraud, misuse, or an error in availability or pricing.

Certificates of Authenticity

Each Founders’ Edition piece is accompanied by a numbered Certificate of Authenticity corresponding to the authenticated piece.

The Certificate of Authenticity forms part of the provenance of the object and should be retained permanently.

For any approved repair, replacement, exchange, authentication review, or other discretionary accommodation, L’Art de Royauté may require presentation or surrender of the original certificate.

Alteration, duplication, removal, or tampering with identifying information, certificates, serial numbers, NFC identifiers, or other authentication elements may affect eligibility for discretionary remedies and authentication services.

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Shipping Damage

Risk associated with visible shipping damage should be reported promptly after delivery.

If possible, photograph the package before opening it when there is visible exterior damage. Please do not discard the shipping carton, protective materials, or presentation packaging until the Maison Concierge has completed its review.
