SHIPPING POLICY
At L’Art de Royauté, each creation is prepared and presented with the attention befitting an exceptional object. Our delivery arrangements reflect the craftsmanship, care, and individuality of the Maison's collections.
The Maison intends to offer complimentary standard delivery on eligible orders within the contiguous United States.
International delivery is subject to destination-specific regulations, carrier availability, and the nature of the collection. Clients seeking international delivery are invited to contact the Maison for individual assistance.
Our collections are currently presented for discovery and inquiry. Shipping will commence as each collection becomes available for acquisition.
Delivery timelines vary according to the collection and the nature of the creation.
The Founders’ Edition is individually prepared to order, with an anticipated production period of approximately 8–10 weeks following confirmation of allocation. The estimated dispatch date will be communicated before an order is finalized.
Other collections will have their respective processing and delivery timelines communicated at the time of purchase.
Once dispatched, tracking information will be provided where supported by the selected delivery service.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The Maison approaches every acquisition with the expectation that it will be treasured and preserved.
Should an issue arise, we invite clients to contact us directly so that each matter may receive appropriate attention.
What is your return policy?
Unworn silk and leather accessories, as well as unopened standard fragrance products, may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by their original packaging.
Due to their individually commissioned nature, made-to-order Founders’ Edition creations are considered final sale, except in cases of damage, defects, incorrect fulfillment, or where otherwise required by applicable law.
Opened or used fragrance products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Before returning any creation, please contact the Maison at maison@lartderoyaute.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
Our team will review the inquiry and provide instructions for eligible returns.
For safety and regulatory reasons, fragrance products must not be shipped back without authorization and appropriate return-shipping instructions.
Approved returns will be inspected upon receipt. Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method, subject to the applicable return conditions.
For damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled orders, please contact the Maison promptly with photographs and relevant order information so that an appropriate resolution can be arranged.
These policies do not limit any rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.
